Brent Silbernagel

Brent Silbernagel is President of BDS Commercial Group, Inc. In this role, Brent oversees the commercial and multi-family portfolios of BDS Commercial Group including property operations, financing, asset management, development, acquisitions and marketing for the company’s portfolio.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Since 1992 he has established and purchased Real Estate Brokerage companies in the Central Florida area. During that time his company was ranked in the top percentile for highest sales volume of all brokerage companies in the golden triangle area.

As the principal investor in over 63 acquisitions, Mr. Silbernagel has extensive experience in underperforming assets and projects needing complete renovations, many of which were complex transactions.

Mr. Silbernagels’ personal real estate holdings have included office buildings, single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, multi-family properties and residential developments as large as 50 acres. In the execution of his personal portfolio he has negotiated leases with national tenants and then sold those income producing properties in the secondary market.

Brent holds a Florida Brokers License, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is working on his CCIM designation. He has also served multiple times on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Realtors Association and the Chamber of Commerce.

Debora Silbernagel

Debora's real estate career began back in 1991, during that time she was working for a title company doing title commitments, searches and real estate closings. She then went to work at a small legal firm specializing in Real Estate. This laid the ground work for Debora’s 21 year career including partnerships in Real Estate Brokerage companies specializing in residential, multifamily, commercial and vacant land.

Debora’s progression from managing a busy real estate brokerage office to acquisition of multifamily properties lead to the formation of Lake Properties. As a partner, she has been active in the role of re-modeling, operation, management, leasing and accounting of both retail and office assets.

She is currently working toward the prestigious CCIM designation. She also holds a real estate broker’s license and has attended several commercial investment, analysis and management classes.

Our Team

Our teams are assembled for each project and region and are comprised of members from the following professions: accountants, tax attorneys, real estate attorney’s, appraisers, engineers, surveyors, environmental, architects, marketing and leasing. This gives us the ability to compile the right matrix for each specific project.
